Aileen Shrimpton - Programme Manager, LEAD
Aileen joined Redbridge CVS in June 2005 as Programme Manager of the LEAD project.
“I have over 15 years experience working for various health and voluntary sector organisations. During the past nine years I have gained extensive experience in managing and developing a variety of projects that deliver training to local people in East London. This experience has given me a good understanding of the challenges and issues facing organisations who want to provide training to people who do not or cannot access mainstream services. I am delighted to have joined Redbridge CVS and look forward to meeting and working with you”.
