Library rooms are widely used by clubs, societies and educational groups for meetings as well as conferences, seminars and coffee mornings. Libraries now also hire these rooms out for yoga, fitness and many other aerobics classes.

Voluntary/community sector rates (correct as of December 2017):

• Weekdays - £15.50 per hour
• Saturdays - £26 per hour
• Sundays - £29 per hour
• Bank holidays - £51 per hour

Minimum hire period of 3 hours on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
