Imagine Redbridge is a community based service which aims to guide adults in Redbridge in their recovery from mental health problems by enabling them to identify and achieve goals. Our services are person centred and tailored to individual needs and support requirements. Imagine Redbridge also have peer led groups which are accessible for all their clients and a drop-in service for clients on a CPA. Please note self-referrals are not accepted.

During the covid-19 pandemic Imagine Redbridge is offering telephone support to adults who have mental health needs at this time. We do ask for a completed referral from a GP, Care Worker, secondary care or voluntary organisation.
