City Gates have provided their members who are in need with food packages and other essential items, and are now expanding their food programme to the broader community.

As of Friday 1 May the programme will provide pre-packaged cooked food on Fridays between 11am and 2pm. Food will be distributed from City Gates Church in line with the current social distancing guideline

At the start, they will have the capacity to distribute 75 meals.  This capacity could be increased if there is a greater need. So City Gates can plan the service, they require participants to contact them in advance. Ring 020 8514 0188 or email info@citygates.london.

Meals will be pre-packaged. The queue for the food will be appropriately marked to observe social distancing. Only two people at a time will be granted access to the staging area where they will collect their package and leave.
