North East London (NEL) Cancer Alliance wants to hear about your experiences of accessing support and are looking for people affected by cancer (patients, family members or carers) who would like to share their views on wellbeing, mental health and/ or psychosocial support in North East London. 

NEL Cancer Alliance would like to gain feedback on ‘support given to help meet the mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of patients and their families, including counselling, education, group support, and spiritual support’ (National Cancer Institute).

You are invited to share your experiences in a group setting, particularly to talk around the following topics:

• Were you able to get support for your wellbeing/mental health/psychosocial needs?
• Did you need support but didn’t know where to go? 
• Did you access specialist psycho-oncology services? 
• Did you access IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies)?
