Free Rubbish Walk at Hainault Forest

You may have heard of plogging (running and litter picking) and the damage plastic litter is doing to our environment. So if you care for the environment and want to keep fit, but jogging is a bit much for you, how about a nice guided walk in the woods, meeting like-minded people and helping to keep Hainault Forest clear of litter? Join Living Streets and Vision RCL for a guided tour and an opportunity to help with keeping the site litter free, all equipment will be supplied.

This involves a non-strenuous gentle walk around the lake  with a chance to relax and socialise at the café afterwards.. Some paths will be unsuitable for pushchairs, walking boots or comfortable footwear recommended.
