Maximus, a welfare assessment provider, has developed regional networks to improve communication with local organisations and co-design services. 

These networks are a space to:

• Ensure the voice of the customer and expert organisations are heard in the assessment process
• Help identify and reduce barriers experienced by disadvantaged groups during the assessment process
• Seek input on the future rollout of Functional Assessment Services, securing user feedback and coproducing solutions
• Explore opportunities for organisations to work with Maximus, including offering training on specific conditions for our healthcare professionals, potential advocacy support for customers, helpline support or signposting of services.
