This course provides a foundation for how to interact with someone seeking support, the different kinds of advisory service and how to handle personal data, towards meeting your clients’ needs.

You’ll learn how to:

• Appreciate the difference between information, advice and guidance
• Know your responsibilities in relation to data protection
• Understand how to approach a variety of client scenarios.
