The aim of this workshop is to introduce organisations to the importance of good practice when working with volunteers.
Most community organisations could not survive without volunteers. This course, together with the course on the next day, help to establish good working relationships with volunteers, to help keep their interest and commitment for longer.

Understand the people who can volunteer and whether your organisation would be able to support them
