This is an Essentials course, accredited by the CPD Certification Service
The aim of this workshop is to understand the processes involved when recruiting volunteers and retaining them.

What you’ll learn
How to design a volunteer description to get the best person for your organisation
How to decide if a potential volunteer is right for your organisation
Why you should give new volunteers an induction
How to regularly give support and supervision to volunteers
