RedbridgeCVS is the local umbrella body for the voluntary and community sector (VCS) in Redbridge. We are a small, friendly team based in central Ilford - just 20 minutes by train from Liverpool Street station. Every year we support over 350 local voluntary and community groups, helping them to flourish and make a difference in their communities.

We are looking for an Office and Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in the smooth running of the organisation.

As Office and Operations Manager you will lead on the day-to-day management of the RedbridgeCVS office including overseeing resources and managing supplier contracts, as well as supporting the Chief Officer with Health & Safety and HR administration.

This is a varied role working with all members of our team, and we are looking for a people-person with great communication skills and a positive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to plan ahead and prioritise.
