Adanna Women’s Support Group is continuing their STEP programme to help BAME women living in Redbridge to find work, training and start self-employment.

This could be ideal for you if you lack basic skills following a career break due to illness, caring responsibilities or Covid-19.

Their support programme consists of 8-12 weeks of mentoring and training in:

  • Business skills
  • Digital skills
  • Customer service
  • Employment support
  • CV writing and review
  • Interview skills
  • Job applications.

One-to-one mentoring will also be offered by women in the sector to address and overcome personal barriers preventing you from entering employment.

A tailor made skills development plan will be developed with you and you will be matched with a personal mentor to support you on your journey.

You can join this programme for free by phoning 07906 343 050, or register here and a coach will contact you.
