Friday, 4 December, 2020

The Council’s Place Scrutiny Committee established a Scrutiny Task and Finish Group comprising a selection of Ward Councillors, tasked with exploring options for a new environmental policy which looks at conservation, wildlife and ecology plans in the borough.

The Group is seeking views from local residents and interested groups on their draft recommendations and, in general, about nature and biodiversity in Redbridge.

Feedback will be used to inform the recommendations of an outcome report which will be reported to the Place Scrutiny Committee and to Cabinet.

To submit views please click into this link and complete the survey by 29 January 2021.

The Group is due to meet again on Wednesday 9 December at 6.30pm and, albeit short notice, if you wish to attend this meeting to discuss any of your views or suggestions please contact Jilly Szymanski at Jilly.Szymanski@redbridge.gov.uk and they can send you a link to access the meeting.
