The pandemic has affected everyone's mental health and wellbeing, and for voluntary sector staff and volunteers working throughout this period it’s a real concern, with lack of resources cited as a particular issue for sector leaders. Jemma Bicknell, RedbridgeCVS' Head of Community Development, worked with a Clore Social group including Eleanor Butt, Head of Policy and Public Affairs at Refuge, Kate Lexen, Programme Manager at Tender Education and Arts and Jess Southgate, Chief Executive of Agenda, to develop a toolkit of resources to help organisations ensure staff and volunteers are doing all they can to look after their wellbeing. The free Wellbeing Toolkit is available to download here: https://cloresocialleadership.org.uk/page/Wellbeing_Toolkit
