Healthwatch Redbridge is delivering Mental Health First Aid Training

The course is being provided as an online course over four half days. It is a requirement to commit to all the sessions, and to complete pre-session work online.

This course will teach you practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues. On completion you will be a certified Mental Health First Aider. This course is a blend of live training sessions and self-learning activities.

The next MHFA online training course will take place from 9am-1pm on:

  • Friday 24 June
  • Friday 1 July
  • Friday 8 July
  • Friday 15 July.

Due to additional funding, this course will be free of charge. The full cost would normally be £350.
