The government has created a guidance document on the areas around mental health and wellbeing to help everyone manage the impact coronavirus (COVID19) outbreak is having on everyone’s daily lives.
This is a very unusual time where you may be bored, frustrated or lonely. Also you may be feeling low, worried, anxious, or be concerned about your health or that of those close to you. Due to the current change you may feel and behave differently during these times and this may even change over time and vary from person to person.
One thing you can try to do is take care of your mind as well as your body and get further support if you need it. Within the document there are suggestions and advice on how to manage your mental health and wellbeing.
