Good Thinking, London’s Digital Mental Wellbeing Service provides support for London. They have made available NHS-approved apps to help you deal with stress, anxiety, low mood and poor sleep. They now have collated a set of evidence-based workbooks from the renowned Centre for Clinical Interventions (CCI), as used in IAPT.
These workbooks will be useful for Individuals who need intensive support as this will allow them to work through a series of modules to improve their mental health.
