Wednesday's meeting of the Voluntary Sector Network will focus on the planned redevelopment of Whipps Cross hospital.
Whipps Cross Hospital is used by many Redbridge residents. The hospital was originally built in 1903, and more than half of the buildings are over 70 years old. The hospital is not fit for purpose and is to be redeveloped. They want to work on the redevelopment with local people and patients. Come along, hear about the plans and have your say.
The meeting will also hear about work to improve sexual health locally, and provide NHS health checks to reduce some common health problems - as well as our usual agenda items.
The meeting starts at 1pm on Wednesday 10 July and is in the York Room at Redbridge Central Library - the full agenda is here.
