The Redbridge Safeguarding Adults are looking for a Lay Member Volunteer.

They are a multi-agency partnership, with representation from local authority, health, police and a range of community and voluntary sector groups, with responsibility to develop the work of all partners in safeguarding adults at risk of abuse who may be vulnerable to abuse or exploitation in Redbridge.

They are looking for someone who will bring an independent personal and community perspective and challenge to its work.

As a Lay Member, you will both help to shape future priorities and to drive forward our current work on improving the prevention of abuse, supporting the voluntary sector, hearing and acting on the voice of people who use services, and strengthening challenge and accountability.

The deadline to apply by is Wednesday 27th November.

To apply, contact Volunteer Centre Redbridge on 0208 5149 624 or  register your interest in volunteering and Volunteer Centre Redbridge will get in touch.
