NHS England are currently doing a campaign called 100 voices where they want to capture the experience and views of patients and carers using hospital eye services.

They are looking to get insights from patients who may feel like the NHS can learn from their experience. To let them know your experience you can write or record your experience and send it to them by using their online survey.

If you prefer to speak to someone directly, you can call on 0113 824 8672 or email England.eyeswise@nhs.net, saying that you want to be part of 100 Voices campaign and provide your contact information.
