Stronger Together is a community project run by Redbridge Respite Care. They aim to support people with mental illnesses or dementia and their carers through Zoom activities and one weekly in-person session.

Activities include:

  • Gentle exercises
  • Musical activities
  • Coffee mornings
  • Walking groups
  • Healthy cooking sessions
  • Day trips
  • Support sessions with guest speakers covering a range of motivational and awareness talks.

They are a great way to:

  • Keep you motivated
  • Discuss your interests
  • Share experiences
  • Form new friendships.

Please email Kayley Murphy or call her at 07762 430 009 for further information.

In-person sessions will take place on Thursdays at Redbridge Respite Care, 48 Padnall Road, Chadwell Heath, RM6 5BJ

The group will ocasionally meet at different visitor centres throughout the borough for walks and to enjoy nature.

As restrictions ease, Stronger Together will increase the number of sessions and venues available.
