Healthy Dialogues have been commissioned to conduct a large-scale survey within Barking & Dagenham to ascertain your views around how you use your local pharmacy. The survey will form part of the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessments (PNA), a statutory requirement by the Health & Wellbeing Boards, to determine new contracts for pharmacies within your area, and how local pharmacies are currently being used. 

Your say matters as the responses will help to shape the health and wellbeing needs of your area.
