Adanna Women's Support Group's new STEP project aims to help women, who are from BAME groups and live in the London Borough of Redbridge, to get into work, training and self-employment.

This is suitable for both recently and long-term unemployed women.

This is especially relevant for those lacking basic skills following a career break to have children, manage illness, or care for relatives, or because of COVID.

The project will provide:

  • 8-12 weeks of mentoring and training in business skills, digital skills, customer service, etc.
  • Support with CV writing and reviewing, interview skills, job applications, etc.
  • One-to-one mentoring and coaching support from women in the sector to address and overcome personal barriers preventing entry into employment.
  • A customised skills development plan, tailored to meet your needs and goals
  • personal mentor to support you on your journey.

If you would like to join this free programme, please call Adanna Women's Support Group on 07906343050 or register here and a coach will get in touch!
