The Sky Sharma Foundation team decided to hand out Christmas presents to the Brookside unit, which provides services to young people with acute mental health conditions and support to their families.

They wanted to bring some Christmas spirit to these young individuals to support their feeling of loneliness and isolation, during this festive period.

Along with the presents, which consisted of colouring books, reading books, puzzle books, colouring pencils, hand cream, lip balm and spinners, they also handed some Christmas hats to uplift their spirits!

The staff of Brookside greatly appreciated our gesture and the SSF team handed them two sacks of presents to hand out to the teenagers.

As a goodwill gesture and in the festive spirit, SSF also gave a present to the staff for allowing them to visit the unit, and would like to thank them all.
