Working for Carers Project to hold Workshop for Carers

Working for Carers Project are holding an time keeping and self-motivation workshop. This workshop will support carers to manage their time and feel more in control in their life by giving them the tools and techniques to help them set goals, identify their drivers, stop procrastination and more.

The workshop is open to carers who are not in any paid employment, who are aged 25 or over, and who have the right to live and work in the UK.

The event will be taking place on Thursday 5th September 2019, 10.00pm - 14.00pm at Redbridge CVS, 103 Cranbrook Road, Ilford, IG1 4PU
