Our training terms and conditions

Booking

  • We will reserve a place on the course for you when we receive your booking, and send you an email confirming this.
  • You must pay in full before you attend the training course. We will send you an invoice, which explains the different ways you can pay.
  • Places are allotted on a "first come, first served" basis, so please book early.

Joining the Course and Lateness

  • Courses normally take place at our office at 103 Cranbrook Rd, Ilford IG1 4PU. If the course is somewhere else, we will let you know. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you do arrive late, it will be at the trainer’s discretion whether or not to allow you to join the course.

Cancelling your Booking

  • If you can't attend the course, please email trish@redbridgecvs.net so we can make your place available to someone else.
  • You may be entitled to a refund, depending on when your email reaches us:
    • More than 10 working days before the start of the course: we will refund your payment in full.
    • 10 to 7 working days before the start of the course: we will refund 50% of your payment.
    • Less than 7 working days before the start of the course: we will not refund your payment.

Changing Your Booking

You can change the named person attending the course, or transfer your payment to a different course, at no additional charge once within a six month period.
