The Association of Redbridge African Caribbean communities (TARACC) and Redbridge Talking Therapies are hosting a free webinar: 'Low mood and anxiety in African and Caribbean communities'.

Facilitated by qualified clinicians from Redbridge Talking Therapies, a free NHS service, this webinar will teach you:

• About the impact of cultural beliefs on wellbeing 
• To understand low mood and anxiety and how it is maintained 
• Strategies for managing your emotions and thoughts to live a meaningful life 
• How to access free help and support.
