Important funder requirements for course attendees

By joining our training you agree to complete our surveys. You must be a London resident aged 19+ who has been living in the UK/EU for at least 3 years. You will need to provide your full home address, and to email us a photo of one of the following IDs (you only need to do this once):

Please help us reduce non-attendance by only booking courses you’re sure you can attend, and noting the details in your calendar. Although our enrolment form is quite comprehensive in order to meet funder requirements, the next time you book you’ll only need your email address.

If you are unable to attend booked training, please inform RedbridgeCVS by email 10 working days before the course starts. RedbridgeCVS reserves the right to charge anyone a non-attendance fee of £20 for cancellations received less than 10 working days before the course starts.

Public and private sector attendees: Our scheduled courses are charged at £60 (public sector sector) and £100 (private sector) for our courses under 4 hours, or £120 (public sector sector) and £200 (private sector) for training of 4+ hours. Cancellations received 10 working days before a paid-for course starts will be refunded in full. For cancellations received between 10 and 7 working days before the course starts, the participant/organisation will receive a 50% refund. For cancellations received less than 7 working days before the course starts, the participant/organisation will be charged in full. Participants may change the named person attending the course or transfer their payment to a different course at no additional charge once within a six month period. Participants/organisations will be entitled to a full refund if RedbridgeCVS cancels a training course.
