Co-production in project design and delivery is becoming more common in the voluntary and community sector, and similar principles can be applied to project evaluation.

This course will take you through the value of a participatory approach and how to develop a framework that can be applied to your organisation, whichever community you serve. This training is delivered in partnership with Partnership for Young London.

You’ll learn how to:

• Know the advantages of participatory project evaluation and when to use it
• Understand what is involved in the process and how to mitigate potential issues
• Be able to plan a participatory project evaluation.

This training is useful for trustees, staff and volunteers.
