At the end of this session participants will:

• Have an understanding of the importance of the ‘voice’ of the child
• Know messages from Serious Case Reviews and research, including the impact of not listening to the ‘voice’ of the child
• Receive guidance and resources to demonstrate that the ‘voice’ of the child is central to promoting welfare and safeguarding in their setting.
